"Inspiration" Paddle Boards
Made from English walnut, paddle boards are small, unique serving boards made from English walnut. The grain patterns on English walnut varies significantly. Boards with rich, complex wood grain patterns are sanded and a mixture of food grade mineral oil, orange oil, and beeswax is applied to accentuate and preserve the wood. Boards with a less subdued wood grain pattern are engraved with one of 4 custom engravings. All of the elk graphics are hand-drawn and represent the elk I have photographed or observed in the field. All cracks, knotholes, and other irregularities are filled for a food safe epoxy from StoneCoat Epoxy.
