White Arrow Woodwork is the heart of my passion for nature and art. As a retired wildlife biologist, my journey has always been deeply intertwined with the natural world. This profound connection now fuels my artistic endeavors, transforming discarded and overlooked elements into objects of beauty.
At White Arrow, I specialize in unique wood art creations. My wood pieces, including bespoke cutting, charcuterie, and paddle boards, are crafted exclusively from local, salvaged hardwoods. These materials, often sourced from orchards, urban tree removals, or wildfire-affected areas in Northern California, each tell a story of resilience and rebirth. By repurposing these woods, I aim to create functional art that is both exquisite and sustainable.
When I'm not in my workshop, you'll often find me exploring the outdoors—hiking, fishing, or simply observing the natural wonders that continue to inspire my work.
