The "MacGyver"
This board does it all. Hardwoods used to make these boards are harvested in northern California. The eucalyptus comes from groves removed near Artois in Glenn County. Eucalyptus trees are not native to California, but were planted for fiber, firewood, and wood pulp. The maple hardwood was harvested from urban areas in Chico, California and includes several different varieties of maple. The cherry was destined for the landfill but was salvaged from a local cabinet maker. Each board is handmade and the top edges have a slight chamfer. Juice groves are optional.
